• Hang your graduation gown so the wrinkles will fall out

• Check group text for any current/last minute updates

Thursday morning - 6:30 AM  Graduate Photos:  Meet just outside the Ironwood room

Friday night - 5:45 pm  Set up Table Displays:  Ballroom 

Friday night - 6:15 pm Alphabetical order: Find your graduates name on the wall, so you know where you and your graduate need to line up for the presentation of candidates portion of our ceremony

Friday night - 7:00 pm Graduation ceremony

After the ceremony, by 9:00 pm: Return Cap/Gown

Tuesday night or Wednesday morning-- 

• Take the gown out of the bag and hang it IMMEDIATELY so the wrinkles will fall out of it. The gown is polyester so if it needs to be ironed, place the gown under a sheet and iron it through the sheet (otherwise ironing it could melt the gown). Tip: hang gown in the shower during or after showering to help the wrinkles release. 

Thursday morning - 6:30 AM  Graduate Photos --   Meet just outside the Ironwood room 

• Wear graduation gowns,caps, and tassels on the LEFT side. Consider the gown V-neck and be mindful of what you wear under the gown.

Friday morning - 6:30 AM Rain Date for Photos

Friday night - 5:45 pm  Set up Table Displays – Ballroom

Parents: Bring the diploma!! 

• Graduates: Come wearing your cap and gown with the tassel on the RIGHT side. Bring the oversize plastic bag your cap/gown came in. You can store the bag under your display table so you can return everything together later after graduation.

• Find the table with your name card on it and set up your display table.

Friday night - 6:15 pm Alphabetical Order –  Ballroom 

• Parents and graduates will find the graduate’s name and line up in alphabetical order, on opposite sides of the ballroom. Parents line up on the left side of the ballroom (if you are facing the stage, you will line up on your left side), Graduates line up on the right side  of the ballroom (if you are facing the stage, you will line up on your right side).

​Friday night - 6:45 pm Prelude music

• Parents and guests gather and please take your seats

Friday night - 7:00 pm SHARP Graduation ceremony begins

• Graduates line up outside the front right door in alphabetical order and walk in to processional music and sit in the front row on the right side of the ballroom (in alphabetical order. They will also find their name in the hallway to line up, and again on their seat, once they finish their processional). 

• Parents will remain seated in the audience until after the keynote speaker, and then they will line up on the left side of the room in alphabetical order, once they are invited to do so by the MC.

After the ceremony, by 9:00 pm: Reception & Return Cap/Gown

• Feel free to take pictures with your family and friends in your cap and gown, however, you will need to return the cap and gown (and diploma cover if you don’t need or want it).

• Find the plastic tote by the wall near the food table. Place the items in the oversized plastic bag they came in.

• Please turn EVERYTHING in by 9:00 pm.
