We ask that clothing be free of vulgar sayings or graphics, cover the torso and that pants/shorts are modest. Shoes are also required. Questions or concerns can be addressed with the conference directors.

I agree to allow LDSHE to use photographs and videos of my child/children in promotional materials both print and online. I agree to notify LDSHE (marketingdirector@ldshe.org) if I revoke this permission. (Crowd shots with low facial recognition are exempted from the opt-out).

By registering my child for the youth conference, I acknowledge that I am responsible for their safety and conduct. While LDSHE volunteers help chaperone, they do not provide individual supervision. I understand that a parent or designated guardian must remain on-site and is accountable for the youth at all times. We agree to follow all conference rules, and I understand that failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
