LDSHE is run entirely by dedicated volunteers who are actively homeschooling their own families — people just like you, juggling real life while building something truly special together. At the heart of it all is our Board of Directors, a team that keeps the big picture in focus by providing oversight, setting long-term goals, establishing policy, and ensuring financial sustainability. They also work hard to make sure our conferences and online presence stay true to the mission and vision of LDSHE.

Each conference comes to life through a passionate planning team, led by two Co-Directors — one guiding the Adult Track and the other leading the Youth Track — working side by side to create a meaningful and uplifting experience for every family who walks through the doors.

Whether you're organized, creative, great with people, or just willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done — we have a spot for you. Fair warning: we work hard, we laugh loud, and we're a little bit crazy (in the best possible way). Our volunteers are the heartbeat of everything we do, and we'd love to add your energy to our crew.
